We purchased a new construction home fro Ed Devries in Dec 2019. He is a terrible communicator and cut every corner he could. We’ve been in our home now 8 months and there have been so many issues from the wood rotting in the basement to the windows to the paint to the kitchen cabinets, and the list goes on and on. If you are thinking of purchasing a home built by Ed Devires I would think twice. We feel duped....
