Bryan K., I contracted this company also and I found nothing on any sites about company, I contracted them in 2018 and everything went down hill. I had my several windows replace, which all were done sloppy and made several reports to different agencies in reference to company. Yes Wisam Emachah, and Jessica Mullins, and Luis Garcia are all involved this scamming, deceiving, and bait and switch. All you people who are giving this company good reviews I suggest you check to see if the windows you received came fro company they stated. if it was from Slocomb, I was told by Slocomb they don’t work with this company.. on my window strip on inside top window it shows order number, company name who ordered the windows and mine stated A&W Home Improvement, the company Wisam Emachah was running which he didn’t have a license and was fined by DBPR and for also bring in a license that wasn’t his., and I believe my windows was from when he had illegal company because none of them fitted they were all same and when I asked Wisam about this he got very belligerent and telling me it’s not a concern because it has my name on it. What??, I never heard of company or contracted with company and when my windows was installed the workers removed all the window stickers and I was told that by a Deputy inspector at permit department that if they were removed then someone from the window company will have to be present to verify that the windows came from Slocomb which later on another deputy inspector who came back from where ever he was then override their rule and said they can proceed without window stickers, my question is how you going to change a rule. His right hand person Jessica Mullins have a talk game with these agencies. I had to question the inspector who came to inspect my windows if he had any type of relationship with her because she kept bring her his name and the Deputy inspector name. I feel at a period of time these inspectors need to be rotated because I feel they get to friendly. The reason I say this is because this May 2022 when I went to Mediator and Wisam and Jessica was present and John Dexter wasn’t ( they told mediator that John Dexter passed away several months ago so I figure if they got new contracts say like February to present again Wisam is in violation of doing work without a license because John Dexter was the license holder because Wisam can not get one. Yes like you said Bryan K. I also checked and found he have a six count indictment in New Jersey and I spoke with the Deputy Attorney of the consumer fraud prosecution section and their are a lot of news articles about this case of Wisam doing sloppy work, overcharging, telling people they need new roofing and don’t, telling you you getting one type of windows and switching them to a lower grade, mold forming on windows, etc. Some of these things happened to me and I see a lot of other people which I saw on BBB, none of that was listed when I contracted him all this popped later. Wisam, Jessica, and Luis are all in this together because they then moved to 1714 N Goldenrod Rd. and registered several other home improvement business from same location one listing shows Luis J. Camilo Garcia as President-True Hunting camp Adventures, LLC along with Wisam as president and Agent, 2-Bright and Shiny Windows- John Dexter as MBR and Jessica E. Mullins as MGR and Agent 3-Dexaco Masonry, Inc Wisam P.D. And Agent and John Dexter VP.D, but I don’t know if they are still at location because when I had sheriff go to serve John he stated the place was vacant and then magically the companies was closed—pressure but when I got mail this month it shows the address on the envelope. On paperwork from mediator Wisam put his phone number and when you look it up its connected to a roofing company 407-989-6704. What all of you who was wronged by this man need to do is file a complaint The Attorney General The capitol in Tallahassee, Fl. I just did and I’m awaiting the outcome of an appointment this coming week. I had independent inspection done and other window companies give me affidavits of sloppy work that was done and how they had to fix Dexaco other clients windows. This company and several other ones they open, anything Wisam Emachah, Jessica Mullins, Luis Garica is involved with Run, don’t work RUN, because they don’t care all they want is your money and keep you waiting with no results until I quess they figure you will give up. I will keep on this until they are all indicted for Fraud, doing sloppy work, overcharging, installing different merchandise then what you discussed and agreed upon(like a bait and switch), not fully and properly insulating around windows which causes molding, keep telling you that he will put in work order and nothing. Bryan if you need my help in anyway, let me know because he and his right hand person and left hand person need to be stopped and I’m looking for an indictment of all three individuals. 6468251601

Preface: everything stated in this review of Dexaco Masonry Inc. is based on verifiable facts.
Dexaco Masonry advertises as a family owned and operated business, with over 30 years of experience in their craft. In fact, the business is owned and operated by Wisam (Sam) Emachah, (who is 44 years old) and under its (Dexaco’s) current structure was incorporated in 2012. The qualifier, (ie: holder of the General Contractor license under which Dexaco legally operates) is John N Dexter and to the best of my knowledge has no familial relation to Wisam (Sam) Emachaha. The fact that they advertise as a family owned and operated business is just the prelude to the plethora of deceptive business practices they engage in.
Mr. Emachah, (Dexaco’s President), has a sordid past, which includes convictions for fraudulent crimes pertaining to the construction industry, in both New Jersey and Florida. In 2017, Mr. Emachah (via Daruwe Corp DBA Majestic Home Remodeling) was found guilty on 6 counts of violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act and ordered to pay $3,250,670.75, of which $250,670.75 were actual damages incurred by his victims (Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, Docket # BUR-L-581-17; 7/24/2017). Because of this, as well as, other similar crimes which he was convicted for and his inability to meet the financial/credit requirements, Mr. Emachah cannot hold a General Contractor license in Florida. In fact, Mr. Emachah was arrested and charged with a criminal felony (in Florida) in July of 2019 (State of Florida vs Wisam Emachah case # 2019-CF-009903-A-O, filed in Orange County, Fl), for practicing contracting without a license. During his tenure as President and Registered Officer of Dexaco Masonry, the company has incurred a litany of civil judgments from former clients, suppliers, landlords and service providers totaling in the hundreds of thousands of dollars (information available via www.my orange clerk.com and www.occompt.com via official records search). Many of those judgments resulted in garnishments of Dexaco’s financial accounts. In 2020, Mr Emachah filed for personal bankruptcy protection (case #6:20-bk-069303-LVV filed on 12/18/2020 in the Middle District of Florida) , which was later dismissed for failure to pay (3/01/2021), where he attempted to seek a discharge for not only his personal debts, (which include unpaid federal tax liens), but those imposed on the company through the civil process (the full bankruptcy records are available via www.pacer.gov). In addition to the sanctions imposed by the courts, Dexaco has faced regulatory complaints that resulted in fines and other penalties by the State of Florida, in fact their license is currently on probation until August of 2022. I share all of this information with the public in hopes that it will help them to not become another victim of Mr. Emachah or Dexaco. I personally wish I had this detail before I became of a victim of Mr Emachah and Dexaco in July of 2021. Mr. Emachah obtained $11,500 from me, (while he was on criminal felony probation) and failed to perform under the terms of the agreement. After two months of failed promises and failed performance on the part of Dexaco, I canceled the contract and demanded a refund of the money paid. My demands were met with delay tactics, phony proof of payment for materials that were supposedly ordered, followed by a series of failed promises to make me whole. Since that time, I have incurred an additional $7,859.62 in legal fees to protect my interest, bringing the total damages I’ve incurred, (to date), due to Mr. Emachah’s fraudulent actions to $19,359.62. It has been approximately 16 weeks since the last communication occurred between my attorney and Mr. Emachah and I have yet to be made whole. Buyer beware!

Would not recommend this company at all.
The price of our windows was good and installation team was wonderful (but left incomplete) but to be fair, this is because the windows had to be inspected before the final trims can be fitted to the windows. However, after waiting several months for the inspection to be done (another long waiting period), we had to wait several months again to get the company to finish off the window trims but after several calls, there was no result and in the end, my husband had to go online to find out how to install the trims and did it himself. The trims of each window (15 windows) had been laying on the floor by each window for one and a half years or so... it took 2 years to complete this project. Sadly, we certainly cannot recommend this company to anyone. You have been warned..
