    Clean our lot after a fire

    We used Dexter's Demo to clear our home site after the Gray fire in Medical Lake. Chad was honest, honored a quote from another demo company who never showed up and worked hard to get our lot clean. Chad was easy to work with and did an amazing job! We would recommend Dexter's Demo to anyone!

    Site leveling for manufactured home, trenching, septic install, garage build

    If Dexter’s Demo asks for money upfront for your project, I would not give them a penny until the work is done. After receiving over $35k for half upfront on our project, I never heard from Chad again. Months of emails, text messages, and unreturned voicemails. He just ignored all of it. Dexter’s Demo walked off the job, stealing $20k of our money. I’m sure that’s not what anyone would want with a contractor. What a waste.

    Remove old garage and build new shop

    Owner was very professional and reasonably priced. He demoed our old garage and hauled it away then built us a 36x30 shop with all materials for about $10,000. I will be recommending him all day long. He also did some foundation work for my parents.

    Whole house gut

    Recently bought a fixer upper in rough shape and we had Dexter’s Demo do the demo. They removed garbage, furniture, and everything we wanted out of the house, then took out insulation and sheet rock and carpet. They were very communicative and showed up and did exactly what they said they would. The price was great, especially for the enormous amount of work the team put in. Not only did they demo and remove everything, but they even swept up after themselves. We are so thankful for the work they did on this massive job, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone (and have been!)

    Demo an entire house down to studs.

    We could not have had a better experience! Chad and his team are the best in Spokane. They showed up on time, completed all the work in the time frame they said they would and there was no change In cost. There is no doubt in our minds that the best money we will spend on on our house remodel is the demo work Dexters Demo did for us.

    Removal of a trailer house
    $6,500

    Owner's were friendly and open about all pricing. I asked for a quote for a trailer removal and Dexter's Demo did quote within 1 day.
    I had a great and stress free experience. There were no hidden surprises in costs. The removal of my trailer was done in a timely manner.
    Great service start to finish!!!
    Highly reccomend!!
