  Gutter replacment. Roof removal and replacement

  $8,000

  Completed both Gutter replacement and a full roof install (removing two asphalt layers) with ridge venting system. Pricing was very competitive and David (owner) was able, made recommendations that were practical and delivered the jobs (two different contracts) exactly as outlined.

  David did a very good job giving us options and recommending solutions for the long-run. Also, communicated very, very well with us. Does not do two jobs at the same time - comes/starts/completes. Because of inclement weather at prior job - ours was started two days later than planned, but the change in plan was communicated effectively and - on both jobs, he arrived on-time, worked throughout day, cleaned up and left exactly on the time frame represented.

  I would recommend Devin's Constructions without hesitation for jobs anywhere on the North Shore of Boston.

  Repair damaged siding.

  Yard fence

The fence project was completed in 2 days – the work and detail of installing the fence was professional and the fence and yard looks beautiful! I must edit my first rating from a 1 star to a 5 star. In this “new normal” world, material is scarce and scheduling projects is unpredictable – we had doubts. We are extremely impressed with the work and highly recommend Deyvins Construction Inc.
