Project: New Highland Village, Texas 2400 SF New Home Construction

Building a house from scratch is a daunting task; we hired Michael
as our Builder, seeing the project from start to finish.

With a project of this magnitude, we did have a few hick ups and
design changes throughout the build; however Michael came up with
creative ideas and solutions to the task at hand. He has a great
ability to take control of any situation dealing with planning,
budgeting, contracts, lien releases, sub-contractors, city planning,
and all the construction headaches you could imagine. His attention to
detail and smart ideas saved us a lot of money and time.

We are very happy with Michael’s work, professionalism, and dedication
to our new home. The house turned out better than expected!

I recently opened up a brand new Indian restaurant in Frisco Texas. It was in a new strip mall with just a shell and I was totally unaware about how to proceed with construction.

I reached out to so many General contractors but their quotes were too high and out of my budget range. We have been using Michael services since 2010; we first hired Michael to oversee our new Dallas city building division as consultant during our set process and few job sites due to our distance from Dallas, TX. We purchased 64 apartment building in Dallas and had Michael perform a detailed estimate for the remodeling cost of $1,246,440.00 in order to restore our newly purchased apartment complex.

We hired Michael again to restore and complete our new senior citizen subdivision homes for the city of Dallas. We shall always call on Michael for his services due to his expertise in the construction industry.
