I've got to say that we've now had two experiences with DFW Design and both have been a real pleasure. They completed a full renovation on our primary home and then started on our rent house within a couple weeks of completing the punch list of the Primary. What they bring to the table different from everyone else is a real since of design. No other contractor seemed to care about anything but getting a one page bid to us and moving on. Between Don and his team they laid out the entire process, helped us make selections, brought us to their office and made the process so simple. We were a bit apprehensive after reading the review by "Jay A" and not sure what happen there but our experience was completely different and one we'd happily share with anyone. Don was very forthright about the errors of his youth and gave us so many references to call all of which hit the nail on the head. He's one of a kind and very talented. Give he and his team the chance and you'll love their work. Our project is in Dallas and we'd be more than happy to share it with anyone wanting to see their work. Best experience ever and we've renovated many homes over the last 30 years. DFW DESIGN & REMODELING A++++++++++

Maybe the worse experience of our life! Would never use Don Triplett again!!! DO a complete criminal background check on this individual before you let him in your house

I couldn't have been more happy with the quality of the work and the incredible communications with DFW Design. After reading the review of Jay A. I asked the owner to comment in regards to the review. He came to my home, he sat with me and shared the experiences of his youth, and the regret of that period in his life. He said for someone to judge him from his mistakes of 30 plus years ago were nothing more than an attack from a man who cheated his company and made a fortune by flipping the property in less than 30 days. After seeing his evidence and touring four of his existing projects I made a decision to give them a shot. My project was just a kitchen renovation and not a whole house but I couldn't be happier with the quality and most especially the design skill he displayed. It was a great experience and one I'd not hesistate to repeat. I will absolutely go back to DFW Design for my next project and hope that Mr. Triplett would take us on again.
