    install 10' X 12' storage shed

    Everyone I spoke with was kind, courteous and very professional. The scheduling people made me aware when an earlier installation date became available. The 3 man crew that did the installation was like a well oiled machine. They informed me that the installation would take approximately 3 hours and they actually completed the installation in a little under that time. I spoke with Nicholas one of the sales persons and i informed him as to how impressed i was with the skill level of the installers. Tuff Shed service is excellent. CMA Fort Worth, Texas

    We hired DFW Roofing Pros and DFW Fencing Pros, owner Blake Luby, to build a fence, back porch area, and carport. Mr. Luby and his sales person said they wouldn’t require any money until they were finished with the project. Mr. Luby sent Bryce Palladino to manage the project and we never saw Mr. Luby again. Bryce Palladino came 5/6 times during the five month period; the rest of the time the crew was here without his supervision. He asked for draws on the work and we gave them. The project was supposed to complete in 3 weeks.

    The work that they did will not pass inspection. According to the inspection, the wrong roofing structure was installed and the roof pitch is against building code. Also, they didn’t use the shingles that we agreed on, but instead used a building grade. We can’t file on the manufacturer warranty on them though they were leaking immediately at installation, because in many places they only used one or two nails per shingle which is against what is required for the warranty to remain in effect. Also, they used caulk on the roof in places to hide areas not covered correctly.

    Their website says 100% lifetime workmanship guarantee, and they are aware of the faulty work but haven't repaired it. We would like for Mr. Luby to come and inspect it and repair it. The shingles are lifting with the wind and the roof is currently holding water and leaking. There is also house damage now and water is leaking in the porch area. We would like for Mr. Luby to repair the work they did on the roof.

    They didn’t get a permit to do the work, but we were told by Mr. Luby, the sales person, and Bryce that they would and did. Shocked to hear from our city that all work was done without a permit. We're trying to get the work retrospectively permitted, but without any drawings it is impossible. Mr. Luby will not submit the drawings to the city though asked.

    Their trucks were leaking oil which is now on the newly poured driveway. Mr. Palladino said he would remove the stains but has not.

    The stain subcontractor used a rig he made himself that spattered stain unevenly all over the fence; there is dripping dried stain on some parts of with too much stain and in other places there’s no stain at all. He did not follow the application directions for the stain type used which required back brushing while applying a semi-transparent and instead resprayed multiple layers, darkening the color past the desired effect. The subcontractor asked for money to correct the problem he created though our contract was not with him.

    They didn’t make sure that the nails they hammered in many places made a connection with the boards underneath, so there are just pointed nails coming through the ceiling.

    They removed a 40 year old tree without asking.

    They didn’t put a concrete base under the supporting beams of the structures.
