horrible!!! I hired this company to work on a cottage for my mother to move in. CJ was very nice and said all the right things as long as the money was flowing. When he found out that it was running out he got his last payment for the job that was not finished ( my fault) and stopped all communications. Now will have to take him to small claims court to get money to pay the next contractor to finish the job he was paid for. IF you hire this company don't pay him until the job is done

Never, never hire this company! Our experience was just what the others have reported: unfinished work, poor quality, unfulfilled promises, no call backs. Everything this contractor did will still have to be redone, even after he came back once to "repair" what he admitted was poor workmanship. For example, they built a new wood fence for us. The paint did not properly cover the slats, the gate sagged after only a week so that it does not open, the fence was not even. They even "painted" the front bumper of my car with fence paint! Also, caulk is smeared into the corners of our guest bath. We figure it may cost us several thousand dollars to fix this mess.

This was a nightmare experience. All of the work he and his contractors completed had to be completely refinished because of poor workmanship and and lack of truth. Stay as far away as possible from this contractor

The experience with this contractor was horrific. Had a 70k bid to start and after almost 4 months he finally decided to file permits with the city after the home being red tagged by the city of Fort Worth. His contractors where never on time and did horriffic work. He will make promise after promise and not deliver. After 5 months of nothing, we finally let home go and had to higher another contractor to fix his repairs. The total costs racked up to be over 160,000 from a simple 70,000 original bid STAY as far away as possible. If anyone has an address for this company that will be helpful.

Don’t use this contractor he’s ( CJ / Silvia) a scam. He does his work and never communicates with you again. He did some foundation work for me and gave me a warranty for life on his work, when I noticed movement again, I requested he come and look at the work. He ignored my calls, a few months later I text him and he replied nicely, once he knew who I was he ignored my calls again. Now I need to find another company and out 5k. Please stay away from this company for any type of project. I will spread awareness on this guys bad works and ethics.
