This was their actual response to not showing up and providing services ....
"I’m sorry we haven’t been able to be there consistently. Earlier this week we did have to skip you in order to take care of some customers who were skipped last week after the rain. You do have one neighbor who was mowed because he called with a special request as he had chemical application scheduled. We simply don’t have the labor force to keep up with everyone this year. As a result, we are cutting back on our services for some areas and raising rates in other areas in an attempt to be able to better serve our Prosper customers. Please see the attached notice regarding your mowing service."
Increased rates 50% - from $150 to $225 - sent notice on 6/26 with new rates effective 7/1 - all while not providing services according to their contract.
