  AC repair —new motor installed

  James did an amazing job fixing our AC. He is located right here in Bush. I’ve been trying to get someone to come fix our AC for 2 weeks with no luck. James came the same day I called and fixed it the next day. 75 degree heat at night with a new baby is not fun and we are grateful to have it working again. Very professional and quality service. Thanks James!

  Had an excellent experience with DHG services. The owner cares about his company name which was demonstrated through his employees and his work ethic. At his busy time of the year, the owner keep me informed of the timeline to completion and insured everything was working great. I highly recommend DHG services should you have HVAC needs.

  A/C/HEATING REPAIR

  Would not recommend this company to anyone. The owner came to my home to do an a/c/heating repair, it was a simple repair. The thermostat needed to be changed on the wall inside. Without asking, he removed my old thermostat and replaced it with a smaller unit. This left an unpainted area and screw holes in the wall of my new home. I told him that this was unacceptable and was told that was the only thermostat that he carried on his truck. Asked if he could come back with one comparable to the one that was removed. Was advised that after checking his schedule he could probably be back in a couple of days with one. I called his office 2 days later and spoke to Chelsea, his secretary, said she knew nothing about this and that it would have to be approved by the home warranty company. I advised her that James told me that he would be back and there would be no additional charge. She advised me that they were an hour from me and would not be coming out for "nothing". At this point the warranty company had not even be contacted for approval. James called me back and said that he warranty company did not approve the request and that he could change the thermostat out for $150.00. I asked him to return my old thermostat so that I could try to get a match, he agreed. When asked when I could expect it, I was told that he probably threw it in the garbage. This company and the owner are very unprofessional. Do not use them if you want the job done properly.
