Unprofessional, doesn’t clean up, over charges, unsafe, bad communication. I hired this company to move a swingset for me. I got bids for $500 but used this company because I had used them for small handy work job and thought I’d give them the business. Typically when moving a swingset workers put it in a big truck and transport it. Instead these guys took it completely apart, transported it in a small van (took two trips) they threw the pieces onto my yard and never showed up to put it back together. When leaving my house they took out a brick wall and didn’t fix it. I told the owner the ruined the wall - he told me his guys said it wasn’t even glued - they knocked it over. I sent pictures to prove otherwise. They came back 2 days later to assemble the swingset. The workers kept leaving - they were never both working. When it came to hanging the swings it took them over 20 minutes for each swing. The next day I went to look at the swingset and the slide was missing more then 3/4 of the nuts and bolts (despite the fact that they charged me for new bolts) furthermore I have found over 15 screws and broken screws over my yard since they left. When I voiced my concerns the owner dismissed them till I said it was a safety issue. His guys came and fixed it. But I shouldn’t have to ask someone to do a job right (especially when I paid $1,500 for a simple swingset move!)The owner charged me hourly per worker when I brought up my concerns to him he told me I was wrong. I paid him but continued to voice my concerns. I asked for a partial refund and he told me no I should have brought the issues up when job was completed. I told him I did but he dismissed them. He refused to refund me any of the money. Horrible business and unsafe finished product.
