I highly recommend DHY Texas Builders. Dikla listened to my wants and needs for a new kitchen and created a great design, and Joseph brought those plans to life. They transformed our 45-year-old kitchen, stripping it down to the studs and rebuilding it into a stunning space with a separate pantry/laundry room — all in just 30 days! We couldn’t be more pleased.

DHY Construction is the greatest. I am so pleased with the results of the 4br and 2bath addition that was added to my home.They were efficient, and professional. I think the one thing that made this a smooth project is the regular communication with Joseph. He was very open to taking over a project that another contractor started but did not finish. I lost 25K with the first contractor. DHY was truthful and dependable. I would definitely hire them again.

I couldn't be more pleased with DHY Texas Builders and the team. We just completed a major renovation on a rental home. It was completed professionally, was well planned, and fully permitted. Joseph is an excellent communicator and excellent planner. Other than the permitting office (not DHY) and minor weather, there were no delays or major breaks in trade work.

The final product took a rundown 1940s home that was the eye sore or the neighborhood and has turned it into a modern treasure that will make a wonderful home for our tenant and raise the value of those homes in the area.

We didn't have a single upcharge or change order from DHY for anything in the original scope of the project. You don't hire them because they are the cheapest, you do so because they do what they say they will.

I'm looking forward to using them again in the future.

We worked with Joseph and Dikla at DHY Texas Builders to restore an old farmhouse and bring it into the 21st century. From focusing on my vision, navigating the unexpected issues and finding solutions, and helping me decide on the myriad of finish choices this team did not waiver in their commitment to stay on budget. Also, my project involved difficult and sometimes frustrating interactions with the city permit office. Joseph handled them with a great deal of patience and professionalism. He personally monitored the job’s progress, and kept us informed with timely updates. He was also very responsive to our requests and concerns, and handled them cheerfully. My only regret is that the review software won’t let me add more than five stars; Joseph earned them.

5. We will be returning to them again. No question about it, any big project I have coming up, Dikhla and Joseph will be the first people I reach out to.

I took bids from several contractors for my bathroom tub to shower conversion. Although some builders gave me a lower estimate for the job, Joseph was the only one who seemed like a true professional. I am so happy I chose DHY TEXAS BUILDERS! DHY TEXAS BUILDERS provides a 3D rendering of the project before anything begins. It is included in the price and it really helps to make decisions when you can see it ahead of time. It is so refreshing to find someone who is willing to take the time to make sure all the little details are taken care of. Throughout the job there was DAILY communication from the owner himself. He came by almost every day just to check on things and keep an eye on his crew and their progress. Along the way there were some changes but they are extremely flexible and easy to work with. The payment schedule was specific and laid out ahead of time so I didn’t have to worry about it. The only thing that was discouraging was the crew was not too concerned about the way the left the job site. However, I let Joseph know about it and HE thanked ME. He addressed it with his crew and there were no more problems after that. It is so wonderful to be able to support a local, family owned business. In fact, I am so happy with my shower that I just called Joseph for my next project!

At least one of the foremen was in the house everyday, and Joseph came to visit us every day to make sure everything is alright, that we are happy with everything was done that day. That is customer service as we perceive and think it should be.

Joseph and DHY Texas Builders helped convert a studio and garage into a one bedroom ADA home for our parents. Joseph was an excellent communicator throughout the project, even when we had to be out of state. He and his team were responsive to any concerns, and Dikla provided wonderful interior design suggestions that really brought together our vision for the home! We are so grateful to have worked with them on this and will absolutely be working with them more in the future! Absolutely recommend!

Great local business to deal with, and more affordable then other quotes we received for the work, they kept in touch with us throughout the process and provided guidance/choices for our new bathroom, we will do business with them in the future again

The communication has been excellent, and Joseph and Dilka were able to make great suggestions for us whenever we were unsure of a design choice. The team worked hard to accommodate our holidays and to make us as comfortable as possible while the construction was going on. These contractors work from the heart and it shows!

Thank you for our project, the only thing that was hard for us was the intensity of the work, workers show up early and stay until late around 8 pm, when living in the house during renovations this high traffic wasn’t easy.

Do your homework, make sure you sit down and go over every single detail.
Pictures do not lie and I agree with other reviews-just be careful.
The only Pro was Ms Dikla helping with colors and design, she understood what I wanted.

I had a brick fireplace converted into a rock fireplace. Dealing with Joseph was a wonderful experience, and then dealing with his contractors, Agustin and Mario were fantastic to work with. And the results were amazing. I couldn't be happier with the result. Their attention to detail was fantastic! I highly recommend DHY Texas Builders!!!

Thanks BZ for recommending these guys they were prompt on timing and did the job fast with great quality , they were good communicators (I ask a lot of questions) but they were answering any questions I had about the project, I would recommend these guys to my friends and family

I am forever grateful, our new home was completely remodeled including 3 bathrooms, bran new kitchen, floors , windows and walls relocated, the journey of such a project is long and dreading! If you are considering such a long big process I say prepare and have EVERYTING ready before you start construction down to the door knobs. Second suggestion I learned a long the process is to take more “space” no matter how many times you calculated you expanses down to the dime and you think you have it all covered supervises will show up especially now after the pandemic the prices are OUT OF CONTROL so be sure to prepare for the extras! The bigger the project the more you will not even have an idea you will need. DHY did beautiful work with our home and we are so happy to have chosen this guys to walk with us in this long road! Dikla is the biggest sweetheart and helped my wife so much with choices and even helped save some dimes. Thank you!

Had a bathroom remodel done with this guys. we are happy with the final result, Joseph and Dikla were always available for any of our questions and made sure everything was just as we wanted, they came to visit often to make sure things are being done right and had every concern we had fixed, I feel like we would’ve never been able to pull this thru alone without this guys in the picture. Getting this kind of project done is a much harder process than I had imagined and I am so thankful for this company

We would recommend DHY to others. Their workers were skilled, efficient and polite. The quality of the final product exceeded our expectations. The project was a raised floor over about 50% of our garage, with tiled finish.

I was helped by their services following the explosion of the water pipes and the flooding of the house during the strong snow period we had in the area about three weeks ago and I must note that I am very satisfied with the professional service I received from them with good prices.

Everyone was amazing throughout the project. Joseph whom set up our work with a plan and a estimate to our workers who completed the job above expectations. They were very professional and kind. they treated our house as if it were their own. We can not wait to hire DHY again only this time for a upgrade and not repairs.
