DHY Texas Builders - The Woodlands

We did our new kitchen with DHY here in the woodlands and we are very satisfied.
I will recommend this company, for they have performed excellent work for us, in all aspects.
In aspect of timing – the job was completed four days before the deadline.
(the schedule was 3.5 weeks, and we think it’s quite fast for a kitchen size we have)
In aspect of quality – all the work was done in the highest quality, to the smallest details with the wonderful selection with attention and care made by Dikla. We are not easy people when it comes to little details.
In aspect of pricing – we’ve received 3 more quotes before, eventually choosing DHY, and it came out so that their offer was actually the in the middle but they felt much more knowledgeable.
In aspect of customer service – Joseph and Tom were always available for us on the company's app and over the phone, answered every question we asked and to our satisfactory. At least one of the foremen was in the house everyday, and Joseph came to visit us every day to make sure everything is alright, that we are happy with everything was done that day. That is customer service as we perceive and think it should be.
It’s nice to work with a person that understands “customer service” full meaning.

First and foremost great people. The whole team was very patient with our extended project timeline due to challenges faced on our end. Joseph and his team truly give great customer service and want you to be happy. That is the benefit of a family owned business.

We had a fairly large project involving slight layout modifications, including the creation of a laundry room, electrical, flooring, and all new bathrooms and kitchen.The team coordinated a designer to create renderings of how we wanted the finished product. The renderings displayed the actual materials that the Dikla helped us shop for.

Joseph handled the day to day management tasks of the project and was always available to answer questions and address any issues that popped up along the way. The crew worked fast to get us back into our home in about half the time I expected.The house turned out beautiful

Great local business to deal with, and more affordable then other quotes we received for the work, they kept in touch with us throughout the process and provided guidance/choices for our new bathroom, we will do business with them in the future again

Joseph and DHY Texas Builders helped convert a studio and garage into a one bedroom ADA home for our parents. Joseph was an excellent communicator throughout the project, even when we had to be out of state. He and his team were responsive to any concerns, and Dikla provided wonderful interior design suggestions that really brought together our vision for the home! We are so grateful to have worked with them on this and will absolutely be working with them more in the future! Absolutely recommend!
