    I hired Star State Plumbing. A technician named Forrest is a young and polite guy. He did a good job and had reasonable charge.

    I hired this company for my personal custom home. This company was great, the employees were nothing but respectful and provided truly quality work.

    Contractor charge over $1600 to fix fence between me & neighbors. His men worked really fast to remove old fence, haul away, and set up new posts. The contractor over books clients and has his wife call to reschedule even after you made arrangements with your own job for the day off so they scheme to work while you are not present. SA Quality Fence is not quality at all instead they are quantity. NO attention to detail. When they replaced the fence, they had changed the position of the fence and we had the "unattractive" side. The men onsite refused to change it and said I had to talk with Mike. I went back and forth with him, he rushed over to get his payment from my neighbors and never showed his face to me. He never apologized, he tried to pit me against my neighbor and even accused me of lying about the original face of the fence. Really?! It took many weeks, months to get him to "FIX" THEIR error. Two guys showed up as a pity service at 3:15pm and their plan was to flip the fence instead of redoing their work but obviously that was a bad idea because it was not leveled to be flipped. His guy said he would come by and fix it but never came by. I called Mike multiple times to fix it and he never corrected the mistake. He stopped answering my calls and emails so I would call from another phone number. He lies about rescheduling. SA Quality Fence completely changed the way our backyard looks because they switched the face of the fence and also decreased the value of our backyard. It has been almost 10 months from the date of service and zero changes have been made. I would never hire them again, I would never recommend them and I have also gone out of my way to let others to know about their lack of professionalism in handling this matter, not guaranteeing quality work and to STAY AWAY from the "sa quality fence".
