Our unit was very old (20yrs) and needed to be replaced. Our old unit was costing us $300+ month for our electric bill. We called Ratti Air & Heat, Inc. They came out, looked at the unit and informed us we could use new one would be better rated. They replaced it with a Lennox A/C. Everything works great and the electric bill dropped over 150 a month.The company did a great install, answered all our questions we had about the new unit. I know I can trust them and will continue with yearly maintenance on our unit. I give them 5 stars for service and install.

I had Ratti air come out for a maintenance call. Then I had them place insulation put into the attic. All this was done in a timely manner. Quotes were given prior and sent by e-mail.
Same for our last call when my air conditioner broke down. Ratti air came out next day, and tried a cost effective fix, which did not solve the issue. Louis then put a plan together for a new unit and was able to deliver and install that unit same day.
This company works in a timely manner , and a big added bonus, leave the work area clean.
