Warning these guys are the biggest crooks on the planet, they are operating under numerous company names: All Stars Remodeling, Diamond Builders, Worldwide Construction, Lions Construction to try and fool the public and hide from the authorities. Starts with telemarketing, then a hard sell at your home, goes down hill from there. They hire illegal migrant workers and do not supervise them, making them pay for their own materials. Do not pay them until the job is done so these guys are desperate to get paid with absolutely ZERO concern for quality. Have been busted by the CSLB on numerous occasions for signing illegal contracts, departing for trade standards, charging excessive amounts, etc. They have a scumbag lawyer on speed dial whom they are in cahoots with to try and bully unsuspecting homeowners threatening Mechanics Liens. These crooks belong behind bars.

Had my roof repaired by Diamond Home Builders in July 2011, and yet just 3 years later, I have a leak in roof in my living room making it necessary for me to put a tarp and bricks back up on the roof! Have tried contacting Meir Sasson and another manager, leaving messages to NO avail!! I will continue to pursue this company as the warranty says for 30 years, NOT 3!! Just raggedy!!!

These guys are the best in the area. We got an amazing deal on redoing multiple things inside of the house and they did an amazing quality job. Hello. My name is Rose. I live in the bay area. Not that long ago I had Diamond Home Builders install new windows through out the house and repaint exterior. All the installations were done very well and exterior painting looks very nice. All workers are professionals. I like their customer service on the phone. I'm giving give A+ to this company.

Workers at Diamond Home Builders are very dedicated and professional. A friend of ours told us about this construction company. First month of the summer we were without air conditioner. It was broken. One air conditioner guy gave us an estimate but we still wanted to find a better price and one evening we got a call from a rep at Diamond Home Builders. Normally we do not even bother talking on the phone when different construction companies call us almost everyday. This time though we wanted to give it a chance to see what the construction company that reached us over the phone can do. A guy named David came out and he gave us a really good estimate on the air conditioner plus he offered us to upgrade our home into more energy efficient. He suggested to replace all the windows into double windows and redo insulation. We contemplated for a couple of days and decided to go for it. Diamond Home Builders made it possible for us with a really flexible payment plan. So we did it. their remodeling we asked them what they were up to and they said that they were remodeling their kitchen. They invited us over after it was completed and when we saw it we were kind of pumped up to do ours. So Diamond Home Builders remodeled our kitchen as well. We were referrerd to Diamond Home Builders by my sister in law and her husband. We saw their remodeled kitchen and it sparked our attention. My husband and I thought about redoing the kitchen for a while but as soon as we saw the craftsmanship of my sisters's in law kitchen and they told us about Diamond Home Builders we decided to go for it. Our kitchen was not done exactly like theirs, every home has their own style but it was done our own way. We love it.

To show our appreciation my husband and I decided to post our opinion on how well remodelers from Diamond Home Builders remodeled our kitchen last week. Well, they did excellent job remodeling our kitchen. In details
everything was replaced and that includes the window above the sink which is now a bay window, the cabinets were replaced, tile counters were replaced with granite, sink and faucet were replaced, linoleum kitchen floor was replaced with a beautiful tile. In other words whole kitchen was remodeled. Diamond Home Builders are great kitchen remodeling experts.

Our complete renovation is done finally. Great job guys at Diamond Home Builders. What a large remodeling projectwe went through. First of all we added an extesion to a kitchen-living room area and that was a little complex then what we expected as far as getting the permits from the city but Diamond Home Builders guys helped us with that, then we had to redo the floors and chenge from carpet to laminated floors, then it was interior and partialy exterrior painting where the wall was extended, then the
kitchen cabinets were replaced, island with a nce granite slab was installed. So yeah, we went through a major renovation for this year. Thanks to Diamond Home Builders it is all done and it looks very nice.

Our grandkids are coming this summer and the backyard is already ready to play for thhem comfortably and their play room is ready as well. We had a wonderful experience with people from Diamond Home Builders letting them do the work on our home. The work was done mainly outside like exterior painting, gutters replacement and a carport. The crew was really nice and very professional that was supervised by one of Diamond Home Bulders' project managers Shlomi. We just completed the project which was being done by Diamond Home Builders. I can say they did an amazing work remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. They are very organized and very professional. Great work and craftsmanship workers at Diamond Home Builders. They just finished building a guest house. Diamond Home Builders took care of everything from the start to the completion buildiing a guest house. During the search fo a contractor to build a guest house we thought that wew had to hire a person for getting permits then hire another person or a company to design blueprints and so on. When our home was flooded a lot of contractors who we were getting estimates from on plumbing work and hard wood floor replacement they were giving us outrages prices on work knowing that the work needed to be done right away. When a representative Shlomi from Diamond Home Builders came out he was very compasionate and his price was very affordable with a payment plan where we did not have to make high payments and the interest rates were also affordable. So I can also say that Diamond Home Builders is a great remodeling company who treats their customers well and they do a great quality work.

My wife and I were looking to upgrade our home with energy efficient windows. Before the upgrades with energy efficient windows there were single pane alluminum windows. We had to run our air conditioner on full blast constantly during the summer seasons especially. Our electrical bills were extremly high and we could barely keep up with the bills. So for a while we were saving up for the dual pane vinyl windows. We hired Diamond Home builders to do windows installation job and we got a good deal from them. Last year we hired our friend contractor to remove the wall between dining room and the kitchen and do some other work. I hate to say that but he all he did is demolished the wall and left it telling us he would come back to finish the work. That is number one factor I consider when I deal with anyone despite of previous estimator who bid on my project before Diamond Home Builders. After the windows were installed the damaged areas around the windows where windows fit were repatched and repainted, we were kind of worried at first if they could restore that surrounding areas around the windows. When my wife came up with an idea to have a sauna in master bathroom I thought she was kidding. What seemed not possible turned out to be absolutely possible. Diamond Home Builders did clean and outstanding job on my driveway putting in some over time. I had to leave for my vacation and I told the guys that driveway had to be done before I would leave. Our old roof was not even that old (1 year) before we had to replace it again. Just about 2 months after the installation our old roof started leaking. What actually happened we found out after Diamond Home Builders gave us an estimate. When Sam (the estimator) climbed on the top of the roof he discovered that the layer underneath of the top layer was missing. How frustrating it was to find out that previous company not only charged us over our limit but also did not even do the job properly. We knew it had to be redone all over again. They built beautiful guest house last year and just a few days I had my whole back patio completely rebuilt. I simply love this company. After his presentation we made our decision to have Diamond Home Builders to be our kitchen remodeling company. I want to tell you that Diamond Home Builders is an excellent remodeling company when it comes to remodeling kitchens. We are very happy with the final results on remodeling our kitchen. I highly recommend Diamond Home Builders for anyone who wants to do a kitchen or anything else.

First of all I must say that Diamond Home Builders do a wonderful job. About six months ago I was looking for a contractor and I recieved a call from Diamond Home Builders. The representative from Diamond Home Builders said that they were working in the area and he asked me what I wanted to do. I told him I needed a patio enclosure. When Sam came out and met with my husband John and me I was very pleased how great the estimate came. The price was reasonable and we decided to do the work with Diamond Home Builders. House Remodel

Sean came over to my house and talked with me about what i needed and wanted , I already knew what i wanted and he was willing to do whatever i wanted. He was sweet and listened to everything i had to say. I would gladly choose him again for my outside work in the summer. He also got me a really good loan that if i paid it off within a year no interest at all. amber was the person who worked with me to get me my loan. She was very patient. I would say the price was really affordable and the work was impecable.

My name is Marlene. We would like to let other people know about our experience with Sean and people who work for Diamond Home Builders. We are trully thankfull for such a hard and good work these folks put out. They are hard working fellows. Our roof had leaks above our living room and one of the bathrooms. Sean who was in charge of our projects was always on site making sure that his fellow workers were doing work fast and correct. The ceilings and couple walls had to be replaced. They did very nice job.We like to work with people like that. We know how hard it is to find work and this company earnes the reputation of hard working fellows in the area.

Big thank you Diamond Home Builders from Clifford and my wife for doing such a great work on converting the garage into as i would say entertainment room. You guys did good work especially Thom. Thom you are a real professional when it comes to this type of work. I apologize if my wife was a real pusher. From the past experience dealing with another remodeling company that did not stand by their word she was worrying that we made the right decision going with you guys which was the right decision after all. Whenever we have any projects in the future we will contact you Thom. Once again big thank you Diamond Home Builders.

I want to thank Diamond Home Builders for making my house look good again. For a long time our home needed lots of repairs inside and outside. We had several bids from different construction companies and a bid from Diamond Home Builders turned out the best. We decided to go with them and we are happy with our decision. They did excellent work remodeling the bathroom. I am still getting used to our beautiful renovated kitchen. Now it has new cabinets and granite counters. It looks very modern. They also painted the exterior of our home. Everything came out nice. Thank you Diamond Home Builders.

Gave one star because that is the minimum the system allows. If you get a phone call from anyone you don't know, don't give them a minute of your time. You will never have an end to the harrassing phone calls, filled with compliments and then vulgar cussing and threats. You're better to get a recommendation from someone you know. These guys will pretend to be anyone and everyone, like you've known them forever. Beware.

This is a very shady company. I have received many pushy phone calls from their telemarketers and I repeatedly ask to be removed from their cold call list. I believe they train their employees to lie and say they live near you or that they are your neighbor. One caller was polite enough to give me a call back number. When I called them to ask to be removed they answer "Construction". I ask who am I speaking with and she replied, "The personal assistant to the owner. " I told them their cold callers were speaking in an unprofessional manner and would not liked to be called anymore. About 15 minutes later that same cold caller called me back to ask me why I complained. I was shocked he called back. I would not trust this company. I am going to report this companies practices to the FCC and possibly the police department in Encino.

I only gave them one star because it is required. Really they deserve no stars
