Diamond did remodeling job at our house ( kitchen + bathrooms ) - on time and great quality . Not the cheapest guys around, but do what promise.

The worst of the worst. They built our house with crap quality and to this day it’s crumbling from the inside out. We sued and won. Just furious that they are even still building homes. We have spent thousands to continue to fix their work. Low quality. No concept of buiding quality. Then posted pictures of our finishes on their site claiming they had some thing / anything to do with the construction. Poor poor quality. Would never recommend. Our home is rotting from the inside out due to their poor construction.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I represented the buyer for the purchase of a new construction home built by diamond builders and it was an all around great experience. Dmitry walked my buyer's through the process, did everything he said he would do and delivered the home on time, better than expected. This was the first new construction home my buyer's had purchased and would do it again, plus they love their home. As an agent that specializes in new construction I was very pleased with the experience. They are organized, professional, responsive and build a high quality product. I was most impressed by their generous allowances, you could tell they don't like to skimp out and try to make their money in the extras. For example, on their standard spec spray foam insulation throughout was included, usually a $10,000 upgrade. Highly recommend!

We had a detailed quote from Diamond Builders and were in very advanced stages of proceeding with the project; though the agreed upon quote was in the contract, Dmitry demanded an additional 20% with no changes to specs, requirements. Classic bait-and-switch.
Based on pictures alone Diamond Builders do build beautiful houses, but further (word of mouth) research revealed that Dmitry and team are quite stretched and spend little time supervising each project, have questionable hiring practices and (based on personal experience) have highly questionable business ethics.
Given the level of trust one must put in his general contractor on anything more than basic repair, I recommend staying away from Diamond Builders.
