Had my house built in 2013. Very poor follow up. Never finished touch up repairs. Roof leaked and ruined sheet rock while moving in. Patched the roof three different times before getting it to stop. Today 8 years later I had to have 1/4 of the roof replaced including decking under the shingles because it leaked, rotted and was sagging into the attic. Poor quality of work.

I love my home! Mark builds a solid home with exceptional care and concern for the customer. I would use him again.

I give Mark credit. He picked up on my house that was abandoned by a previous builder, something other builders refused to do on my behalf. Mark is also very energetic and helpful. However, very poor follow-up towards the end of the project, especially after the big ticket items are done. Also, while he has a very good electrician for a subcontractor, his other subcontractors are rather suspect. The worst part about him not finishing the job was not shoring up the buildup around the foundation of the house, that he committed to.
