I really wish every contractor I hired to do work came with this much determination and knowledge and passion to bring it to the finish line. Two big thumbs up over here! We’ve been in Arizona for three years and I’ve used nearly a dozen different contractors in settling into our home.

There have been only two contractors that I actually found, out of the dozen, that I would give this type of 5 star rating too…… and they are one!

We used them to add a 50 amp service for a new spa with 6 gauge wire run about 75’

Diamond Energy helped upgrade our 30 year old home’s electrical panel from 200 to 400amp this year and we have been exceptionally pleased with both the service performed and their post-install customer service

After the upgrade, they went out of their way to make sure everything was working properly and even came back a couple times to fix things that were actually just a result of my own inability to check if things were plugged in, breakers were switched or lightbulbs were blown… (appreciate the patience through my own incompetence!)

Truly difficult to find a company that delivers on the customer service side without it being reactionary to a negative customer review online, but Diamond Energy did things right from day one. Ex: I work from home and on the day of the install, they showed up at 6am with a generator to keep my internet online while the installation occurred

Working with Phoenix to get the permitting approval for this service is always a nightmare, but even when delays happened because of the city, we were always the first to know and transparency was there from start to finish

I highly recommend Diamond Energy to you, will actively refer them to my friends and will be using them for all my electrical needs moving forward

I reached out to Diamond Energy on a Sunday, with a response within minutes. Additionally, they were able to scheudle for the following day! Their technicians were on-time, courteous, knowledgeable and following the repair, they explained the issues in understandable terms. Their pricing was extremely reasonable! I will definitely reach out again and again, for any electrical need! I recommend you do the same, and you won’t need to stress about the situation!

Bryce and his crew were amazing! They were on time and just did an awesome job. They were at my home all day until they got the job done installing an 8 camera exterior security system and getting the monitor set up and running. They cleaned up after themselves before they left and just did stellar work. Highly recommend Bryce and his crew to do any electrical work you have.
