These folks are frauds. Took $2000 from local frederick MD church and never completed any work nor give the money back that was to buy material for a door install. Complete frauds

By David H.June 19, 2020Vinyl siding whole house$13,000
Paid $13K for residing house. Overall quality of work C-. The quality of work by owner's assistant was good, quality of work by owner was very poor. It took over a month (40 days) to complete work when it should have taken 12 days. Owner will talk your ear off for hours rather than getting work done and doesn't read your instructions or diagrams. Owner begins other jobs without completing yours, does not notify or return calls/texts or emails, you never know if/ when they will show up; even on beautiful sunny days. Caught owner in lies several times. After the first 31 days passed, I had to give the owner an ultimatum to withhold payment unless job was finished in next 5 days. He didn't finish on time again and left work unfinished when paid, " I'll come back to fix that" but never showed. They broke fixtures and expected me to replace, painted T111 siding wrong color, left sliding door ledges unsupported, decoration items turned up missing, caulking was absolutely terrible. Left the yard littered with aluminum nails. Will not rehire this contractor.

This is a follow-up to my review posted August 11 2020 (B Case).
As of August 29, the owner of Diamond Fork stated in a text that he will refund the money ($2,000.00). As of today September 14, 2020 I have heard nothing from him. At this point the church is sending a Demand Letter (normal legal document) to provide legal clearance for the owner to send us the funds with 7 business days. If that is not completed, we have to take the legal route to get our funds back. Don't be fooled by these folks. The owner will state many things about delays, or lack of supplies, or just simple not return any text, phone or email messages. Get another qualified builder for your job.
