    Our experience with the owner and employees was a great experience. Evey thing was explained in detail, the craftsmanship was exceptional. our home was built in a timely manor. the owner was very professional, we would have no problem using this company again.

    Our experience with the owner was exceptional. he did everything we asked of him. listened to all our concerns, was always polite and helpful. We are so happy with our home. we would recommend him to anyone.

    Lack of Integrity : We bought a new construction home, and we ran into several issues, one being a nightmare. While building the house George Judzewitsch knew that a neighboring house had a window that literally melted the siding on the north side of house. He put a film on neighbors window, replaced siding, and went throughout the selling/ showing/ and closing process without ever disclosing to us the issue he had with the siding and neighboring window. We had been in house a month when we noticed our siding was melted...the film on window does not work. He drag us along on the issue, and during our 1 year warranty period he told us that he was filing bankruptcy and could not honor the warranty. We were very reasonable with George on this issue, and i am/would be even willing to help fix the issue, we just want it resolved. Our 1 year warranty is over, and we do have a lawyer that was telling me that we should file suit, but it was likely that Mr Judzewitsch would most likely file bankruptcy if we did indeed file suit. We also have issues with lights installed off center with master bathroom sinks. The chandelier in main dining area is is off center as well. There are many imperfections, but the main concern is really the whole siding situation, and the fact that it was never disclosed to us. No one should have to buy a brand new home that has such a nightmare of a situation like this thrown on them.
