    Big remodel
    $250,000

    Funny this says new construction, he has zero clue about new construction and building. Way out of his wheel house!! We hired him for a big job that he “terminated” the contract but didn’t finish work we paid for!!! He abandons jobs, doesn't follow through on work that was paid for and doesn't follow the plans. He refuses to fix what he did wrong not to mention is extremely rude, arrogant and has no clue what he is doing!! We hired him for a job to only continue to get quotes 200-300% higher then his original bid and when we finally said ok his sub didn't do the job to the plans threatened us with violence if we didn't pay for the wrong work and now Jovan is no where to be found. We had a contract which we as the clients did not terminate! We just want what was paid for done correctly! Jovan will not respond or fix his wrong doings! I will NEVER recommend this guy to anyone!! DO NOT USE HIM HE IS UNEXPERIENCED AND WILL COST YOU MONEY AND TIME AND NOT COMPLETE WHAT YOU PAID FOR! I don't know how these people sleep at night taking advantage of families like this! Take their money and don't hold up their end of the bargain!! Disgusting!
