The roofing staff showed up on time on the day they were scheduled to recoat. It rained two hours after the work was completed. I contacted them expressing concern over the product not setting due to the storm. They cared enough about my concerns that they sent someone to evaluate the coating and alleviated my fears of damage. Their customer service is great! I have recommended them to my family and friends.
