Since the very first job walk you could tell Mr Diaz was knowledgeable and a professional of the concrete trade. We built a huge workshop foundation and did stamp concrete around as flatwork and it was exactly what we wanted and more. Their bid was Fair and competitive pricing. His guys came in on time and were very friendly professional and fun to be around. They finished 3days before scheduled date. I could go in and on about Diaz but I’ll let their work speak for itself. Give them a call.

If you work with this company be prepared for a lot of drama. Get ALL of your plans in writing, get a DETAILED estimate and have Rudy sign it. Set up a contract and sign it and set up a payment schedule and sign it. Otherwise Rudy will try to add on more money to your estimate saying that it's not on there. Whatever you discuss MUST be written specifically or he will try to argue his way out of it. He will text you continuously for more money saying he's out of money and needs to pay his bills. He also quoted 2 weeks and it took 6 weeks. You've got to be HIGHLY specifically with this joker or he'll do what he wants. He also uses whatever tools you have lying around. He used our brand new TRAILER HOSE WITH FILTER to pour his concrete. Broke our concrete slab that he did not install. Broke a water line and did not repair it. Used our shovels, left beer cans, left chew containers. And left 2 huge piles of hardened concrete in our yard after the job wad "complete". And refuses to clean it up. One of which is sitting on more concrete in our driveway. Probably the WORST contractor I've EVER worked with. Zero stars if I could!
