Overpriced cost and labor on initial work order without refund to homeowner who provided own paint later given by Homeowners Association, thus no need for him to purchase paints. Refused to refund. Unprofessional one-man operation who commanded extra tipping for so-called "extra attention & work given." Tardy every appointments, minimum 1 hr late each time, constantly on personal business. No show on 2 occasions while homeowner waited and had to call to inquire as to why. Incomplete work performance without revised & updated work order. Requested final payment and said will return to finish chalking wooden trim around windows, but no call & no show next day. Said got important meeting to attend & couldn't come, and must leave house immediately. And hung up on homeowner. No apology or follow up that afternoon or next day. No known & additional side job where he had to do, just mine. He painted both interior and exterior walls without every washing them, said unnecessary, thus covered dirt, smudges, etc. (not familiar with this process). Said paints will cover & hide everything.
