Sad to say I actually have recommended this contractor in the past. That will never happen again. Hired and paid to do a large renovation project. The contractor had been showing up maybe two or three times a week leaving us for an extended period of time leaving is inconvenienced for an extended period of time. Not one room complete after 5 months. Cabinets need to be touched up, electrical outlets installed not working, painting and staining work was horrible.
Response from Diblasi Contracting January 24, 2017This client was satisfied and discussing more projects the last time we were at her mother's house. I was technically contracted with her mother. 1 week after we left she attacked me with allegations creating a situation to fraud me out of the last payment and keeping me from finishing the project. We had punch list stuff to finish and even discussed ordering a hand rail piece and some transition strips for the flooring. I have reached to try to resolve this but it is hopeless. This behavior is described as Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices!
