    wanted a sunken tub removed & a 2-sink vanity replaced with a
    1-sink vanity
    on the whole the remodel went well
    was a little disappointed with what felt like rushing on the painting of the walls and sideboards seemed a little sloppy
    with paint from the walls spotting bathroom vanity bulbs, paint
    on the walls from the sideboards and walls on to sideboards
    Don't think anything was taped off before painting.

    Dickens completed our foundations and shear wall project very quickly. When the scope changed (because it turned out one of the walls unexpectedly already had both the foundation bolting and shear wall) he gave us a fair adjusted cost. Would definitely use Dickens again.

    I have the greatest respect and appreciation for the work of Dickens Thomas Construction. We had a conversion project which needed to be done as quickly as possible and posed not a few challenging design problems. I am so pleased to say that Dickens and his whole company went way beyond expectations in suggestions for materials, layout, fixtures, scheduling and overall time management. The project was completed with all elements perfect and beautiful. I have heard that renovations can be taxing when happening underfoot but Dickens and his crew were a joy to have around and the days flew by. We are now enjoying a substantial addition deck and in-law unit and have nothing but happy memories of the work process. Thanks, Dickens!!! Your clients are lucky to have your services.

    multiple repair and restore jobs over 20 years

    Dickens has performed many jobs for me, both commerical and residental. The quality of his work is superior. I was heartbroken when it was discovered my wrap around porch had dry rot, a problem caused by faulty construction Dickens did an amazing job restoring it. When a winter storm caused a tree to fall on my garage, he not only responded immediately but inspected the entire property and found serval other significant issues I had not noticed. One was a dent in the roof of my house the size of a bowling ball. I would and have recomended him to my friends.
