Dietz Fence

I was very satisfied with my fence ! All of my family that comes over says how beautiful it is. The fence to come in took a little longer than expected but I know it was not in Laura’s control. She is at the mercy of the Supllier unfortunately. I received a fair deal for my fence and many neighbors used her company as well. All of their fences look beautiful too which is why i went with Dietz. I know for sure no one is perfect but I respect the fact that Laura tried her best to make me happy and she delivered. She also dealt with my easement issues with the city and it all worked out. Thank you so much ! Every time I look at my fence I smile because it’s so beautiful.

We put down $8000 deposit for a full vinyl
privacy fence. No fence. No refund. If you have been a victim file a police report and press charges! There are several lawsuits at this time.

My gut told me not to hire them, however I saw them actually installing a fence a few houses down, as result I spoke with one the employees and he provided me with their contact information. It took a few weeks, eventually a date for the estimate was scheduled and Laura showed up with excuses for previous jobs that I did not inquire about. So, here we are 3 months later, deposit of $1000.00 gone and no install. Additionally, no response to text messages for refund to Laura’s personal cell phone, the same phone number that she promptly responded to coordinate picking up my deposit. There is something to be said for the lack of integrity of business owner, there is no way that Dietz Fence should consider themselves a business with so many negative reviews. I am sure that not everyone that has been taken advantage of has written a review. Laura, it’s simple not fair to take someones money for a project and not execute your commitment. Please refund me my money and do not contact me with any excuses.

STAY AWAY FROM DIETZ FENCE! We signed our contract with them in March 2022 and put down a 50% deposit. We were told installation would happen in 12 weeks. We were told our materials were in on July 25th and that the fence would be installed the following week. We did not hear from them and tried calling every week for an update. Finally on September 13th we got a response that our materials were coming in on September 21st (even though we were told 2 months ago they were in) and that they would call the following week for installation. We are now unable to get a hold of them. Their phone lines go directly to voicemail and the mailbox is full. Do not use Dietz if you actually want a fence installed.

Paid company down payment of nearly 4K OCTOBER 13TH OF 2021. We have been strung along for nearly a year now, month after month being told excuses and the company making promises of specific material delivery dates, installation dates, when we could get a refund, etc. They took it as far as to tell us they would be over our house in a couple hours for the install, once they wrapped another job up. Now that we are demanding our refund, we can't seem to get a hold of them through personal phone numbers of 2 of the owners (Laura and her husband) and company phone number. I typically don't waste my time posting/writing reviews but if this helps other families make an informed decision about their future fencing company, its worth it. We have to go through our bank and the BBB who are opening investigations on the company now. I honestly don't trust the reliability and validity of recent positive Google reviews of this company. Be careful, this company is fraudulent. Plenty of proof to back all of my words up if anyone is interested and questioning my intention. So sad that companies who call themselves "proud family run businesses" ghost their consumers like this.

These people are crooks!!!!! Be aware!!!! They will use every excuse in the book to not install your fence. They had no problem taking 6k of ours and not doing the job. They promised the most time it would take was 12 weeks at most and it’s going on 16 weeks. They kept promising they would come and the date finally arrived they said they would and they cancelled!!! They never answer the phone and there’s always a difference excuse. It’s been a nightmare and they legit ruined our summer. We can’t have grass until the fence is complete so we have had to sit on dirt and weeds and can’t use our property. Do not use them! I promise u will be much happier with any other fence company!

I recently got a aluminum 4ft high fence installed by Dietz Fence, it looks amazing. They made the process very easy. It did take sometime to receive the fence and get installed which was very understandable due to covid and many many businesses and manufacturers set behind due to the pandemic but overall i love the fence and how everyone at Dietz Fence was very professional. Outstanding job thank you! I would recommend anyone that is looking for a fence to go with Dietz Fence!
