We had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Dig It Pools who designed and installed a new in-ground pool, birdcage, and covered lanai. Unlike most pool construction companies, it was the owner (not a salesman) who did our initial design and estimate. Brendon then stayed hands-on throughout the process, personally overseeing all of the work by his own crew and inspecting everything that was done by sub-contractors. In fact, it was not uncommon for him to jump in himself to work as part of the crew. Brendon is honest, hard working, responsive, and he knows pool construction inside and out. He is also a really nice and decent guy who cares about and takes the time to get to know his customers. His bid was competitive bid and he delivered within budget. Because he supervises everything personally, it is possible that we could have gotten faster results with one of the bigger outfits (although maybe not...we've heard some horror stories!). However, Brendon was completely up front about his timeline, and the dependable results were worth the wait. Working with him was a pleasure and our pool turned out beyond our expectations.
