I spent a lot of time describing a major hedge trimming project to Jerry and James. When they did the job they removed one side of the hedge completely so that it will never grow back. I called to discuss how the job went so wrong but they didn't return my call. I had been using them for a number of years for annual light hedge trimming. Service was OK but not good.
