Top quality at a fair price...I have been living in my home for growing on 3 years and I am still shocked that it is mine. If not for DiGiovanni Homes I would have paid so much more for so much less. Their attention to detail and high quality building materials sets them far and above any other builder in the area. Most importantly they take care of you after the sale!!! Thank you Gus, Steve, Peter and Nancy!!! If I ever move I am going to get them to build my next home also. I feel like they are all a part of my family!!!

If I could give Di Giovanni Home Builders a ZERO stars I would and 90% of our community feels this way. The communities they build are built as cheaply as possible. Granite counters crack, electric boxes must be replaced, ceilings and windows leak. These problems do not exist in only my unit, but multiple units. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER. HE IS ONLY INTERESTED IN TAKING YOUR MONEY AND GETTING OUT OF THE COMMUNITY. Upon leaving, he will leave tress, grass, and bushes dead! He will lie to home buyers about the number of investors he has sold to, and anything else he needs to lie about to make a sale. DO NOT BUY IN MONTCLAIR LAKES IN CLEARWATER OR THEIR NEXT COMMUNITY IN OLDSMAR. BUYER BEWARE!

Very disappointed in this builder as they were extremely difficult to work with and have completely wasted our time. We asked to see their contract when putting down a deposit on one of their lots at the Union Place, they refused to give it to us until we selected the finishes and agreed on the price. When we finally got to see the contract, we learned that their contract was putting any buyer in a very dangerous position, might as well give them a blank check and let them do whatever they want with your money. In addition, first you have to purchase a lot from them for $120k before even building a house. We requested some basic protections for the buyer like allowing to conduct pre-drywall and pre-move in inspections, detailed description of selected upgrades, commitment of the house positioning on the lot, and appraisal. Also, it was stated in their contract that, by law, we have the right to stipulate in the contract that we would have the right to know if their subcontractors would not get paid timely; otherwise, subcontractors could sue the buyer. They would not allow us to put that in the agreement wherefore exposing us to dangerous lawsuits. We mentioned to them that we would be happy to meet to discuss and come up with agreement that would work for us all. They said that if we don't trust them to do the right thing, they'll just return us our deposit. Obviously this builder is someone to avoid if they are not willing to put their promises into a written contract. It appears that over the months they had many buyers back out as we noticed that lots have been reserved many times and then became available again. Please note that their contract said that if their costs increase, buyer is on the hook for those increases. Buyer beware.
