He gives you an idea of when he can come assess and complete the work. The time frames have varied from same day service to a couple of days depending on the scale of what's needed. He is careful, aware of Lincoln building codes and clear about what the costs are. He's also a very nice guy so working with him has been a pleasure. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or use his company's services again.
