Dilligence Flooring

Melissa Bettancourt was referred to us from a mutual friend. As a long time contractor, licensed and bonded operating for over 15 years. We are highly skilled, very professional and in high demand. Due to our history of delivering incredible results for our customers, both residential and commercial accounts, time is valuable. Melissa decided to use us for her floors because we were the only contractor who immediately addressed the large amount of ceramic tile they had in their home and delivered a remedy for the issue of being able to overlay it with new flooring without the added cost of removal. During my measure and estimate I asked her and her husband if they wanted us to do the stairs leading down to an exit door from the main level, there were only three steps. I gave them a price and they declined that service. We ordered the new material for the main living area of the home and installed it perfectly. When I returned to collect the final half of the project payment, there was no mention of any punch list items any desire for things to be done differently or repaired. However, they did thank us for a wonderful job and complimented our employees on how they treated their home, then handed me a check for the full balance without dispute. As you can see from the date of her retaliatory complaint it was August, 2018. She did in fact request after the original installation to have us do the stairs, but we were already booked out for months due to the summer being the busiest time for the construction industry. Only when they demanded for me to prioritize their additional work over our existing schedule did we decide they had become unreasonable and broke off communication with them. Since the beginnings, we have valued all our customers and treat each one with respect. We have always overdelivered for our customers, having a 100% completion of every project, regardless of profit or loss for 15 years our of self dignity. We are lifelong community members of Pierce County, we live where our customers live, our kids go to school with our customers kids and we can hold our heads up with pride when we encounter our customers in public knowing we have their trust. Many of customers have become friends, overtime referring us to their friends and family, as the Bettancourts were referred to us from one of their friends. The review Melissa wrote is a complete backhanded fabrication, created out of revenge for not agreeing with an unreasonable person to return to their home to do additional work. The fact is Melissa is happy with the service we performed per her own admission and solicited us to do more work for her despite her claim of repairs needing to be done on the original installation. I hope this sheds light on her poor review which is shocking to say the least.
