    If this issue is resolved in a timely manner, I will revise the review.

    We purchased a new home from Dima Construction (complete with a 1 year home warranty) in Seattle earlier this year. However, the NEW fridge supplied by Dima (included in purchase price) is defective. We contacted Dima over a month ago to get this fixed. After more than 2 weeks of waiting, a repairman finally visited our house for all of 15 minutes, confirming that our compressor and control board are dead. Dima and the supplier, Albert Lee, both promised a new unit, as replacing a compressor and control board in a new fridge is foolish.

    It has been over a month now since contacting Dima, and our fridge is still not fixed. It is leaking water, and has caused water damage to the wood surrounding it. Despite being the ones in charge of fulfilling the home warranty, Dima is ignoring our issue and telling us to take it up with Albert Lee customer service, who tells us that the refrigerator is to be repaired a full 6 weeks after initially contacting Dima. Thus, Dima Construction and their contact at Albert Lee have lied to us about replacing the fridge.

    Apparently, you can't rely on Dima Construction's home warranty. Buyer beware!
