Never would I recommend him nor would I would ever use him again. He does nothing but lie and take your money to go off to finish other jobs he hasn't completed. Then he comes back to your project and want to finish it as quickly possible but cant pass inspection and this is what you will be going thru, day in and day out. I had to fire him and get another GC
