When you are designing something for a project, the distance from what is in your mind and what ends up being made can be measured by the talent of the architect. By this measure, there is no-one i would rather work with than Tiho. He took a dream i had been wrestling with for years, and turned it into an Architectural Digest - Award Winning destination. Creating something from nothing is hard enough. Do yourself a favor and do it with Tiho Dimitrov.

I would highly recommend Tiho. He created plans for a garage and portal addition which we were very pleased with. He took significant time and effort to tie the new spaces to our existing home. We had not used an architect before and he was very clear and detailed as to how the process worked, including the fee structure. We would use him again.

Tiho is a dream architect. He is exceptionally talented, creative, intelligent, flexible and patient. He is also very hands-on and a great problem-solver, which is critical in any job. We've worked with him on many jobs (our own homes and investment homes) and will continue to give him work as long as he will take it!
