We were initially attracted to Dimoff Landcaping because Christian was punctual, eager and confident. We hired him and his "team" to seed our lawn (front and back), add 3 beds and make a rough ungraded hillside more subtle adding ground cover per his recommendations. After meeting Christian we were sold , impressed by his knowledge and assurance that he "stands by every job he does".
We paid Christian for materials and everything went down hill from there. He stopped communicating, not answering calls, voicemails, texts or emails. He eventually did the work, although not as we had discussed. Even when asked to adjust things he did not. The only time he answered our calls was to collect his final payment.
We have continued to voice concern over areas where no grass has grown, the hillside is atrocious covered in weeds and no more subtle than prior to landscaping. We have asked for guidance numerous times with no answer. Very disappointed in our experience. We now must incur costs to repair our "professional" landscaping. Perhaps our job was too difficult, and that is fine to admit, however honesty and communication would have been much appreciated.
