He is a thief, a slump Lord and a crook o,f the first degree. Should be investigated..
He covers up problems and False Advertises. His places are not well constructed and rebuild. He commits fraud all the time. He blames the tenants and takes them to court falsely accusing them of existing previous problems in the premises that he doesn't want to fix so he tenant ends up with no security deposit back . He is verbally abusive with his tenants . He most know someone big in Scranton to get away with what he does.He advertises as having rental units that are "Luxurious" The units are full of bugs, crappy wooden floors. Extremely cheap carpet that shreds away as you vacuums The guy should be in jail like his ex partner..
His rental fees are exuberantly high for the false advertisement he does and his units are not energy efficient he is a big thief and it seems he had everyone in town paid off .
Renters stay away from this one. He doesn't deserve even a star.But I guess I have to give him at least one.
