    I was overall pleased with Dino Services. The job they did for my husband and I was done to our satisfaction and completed in a timely manner. They remodeled my entire basement and I'm loving every inch of it! Moreover, everyone was very kind and respectful. Thank you so much Dino services!!

    Finish Basement

    If I could give ZERO stars I would. They took 4 months to finish a basement, didn’t finish it, and left with our money. I have videos and pictures if you want to see what they left me with. I have no ceiling. I have no closet doors and they didn’t even measure correctly for them. My flooring was installed wrong. My walls and molding look like a child did it. Danny will promise you everything, take your money and run. The owner won’t help you. My basement is trashed and filthy. They covered nothing and threw my belongings in a pile. Much is destroyed and in the garbage. I am devastated and out thousands. They are a scam. They disappear for weeks at a time. It’s a disaster and so unprofessional.

    Finish basement

    This is a great company, friendly guys, quick results. I’ve wanted a finished basement for years, but didn’t want to take out the time and effort to do it, my grandmother had some Sheetrock work done by Dan and his crew and she was so impressed with the work he did she asked him to contact me about my project, after talking to him a few times I decided to go ahead with the work. Wow what an amazing job in just over a week, the before and after results are incredible! The work is perfect and professional I literally have walls!!! No more concrete blocks and beautiful hard wood floors, high hat lighting, ceiling fans windows and all, dream come true! Dan and his crew are friendly, courteous, clean and professional. He’s going to install a new from deck for me in the spring.

    We are sorry to see that you and your husband have posted a negative review on so many sites. As we show on our final walkthrough video with you, you were very happy with the finished product and we instructed you not to move anything across the basement floor for a minimum of 24 hours in order for the floor to set. You then moved your home gym across the floor before that time frame was up. You promptly called us to complain - at which point we came out and kindly fixed the floor at no charge. As far as "not finishing" the project, you had requested to not have us do your doors or ceiling in order to save money (as reflected by the contract). Your money saving tactic was to try and side contract one of our workers to do the work at a cheaper rate and we are sorry that that did not work out (that employee is no longer with the company). Our team kindly moved your items and covered the furniture for you even though it was agreed in advance that all belongings would be moved by you to a POD before the project began as we would not be responsible for any damage that incurred to belongings left behind since you did not want to include that service in your contract. If your contract shows that the ceilings or doors should have been included please feel free to contact us and we would be more than happy to rectify the situation. Thank you so much!

    Dino's Services did a great job detailing my home to get it ready to sell! They did cleanup, painting, floors, and even some repairs, they were able to start right away! Highly recommended!

    Paint my townhome

    I hired them to paint my home. They installed the trim backwards, had to remove, then replace. Took over 4 months and the job is sloppy. I have trim paint on the house, house paint on the trim, they painted over rotten wood even tho the contract was to replace it and I purchased the wood. They did not cover anything when painting and as a result, I have paint on my windows and screens. Company refuses to come back and correct the issues. I also have a leak as a result of their work. They show up and put in a 8-10 hour day, then don't come back for weeks. It has been a very painful experience working with them and now I am forced to hire another contractor to have my house repainted.

    Hi Patty, We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with our work. Being that we were the 5th contractor brought in to work on your house alone in a large community project, we knew we had some issues to tackle. This is also the only negative review we have received from that entire project. As stated in your contract we replaced the 8 boards specified but not the 50+ additional boards you wanted us to replace for free. We brought a Sherwin Williams Rep out as additional verification that the work was done impeccably. We also did a walkthrough with you and your husband before receiving final payment and no issues were brought up to us then. We also were not the contractor who replaced your trim.
