    They did an engineering plan/filing for us to open the load bearing wall between 2 stores.
    It went very well, but they are not the ones that did the actual demolition & construction, they are just construction engineers.
    Steel core engineering is efficient & pretty precise in what they promise and how the process goes.
    Our GC was Dionisos Construction Corp . It went very well as well. They are experienced and they gave us
    realistic timeline. Also, we were not waiting for them to start the job for long time. They have been in business
    More than 10 years and are experienced in many types of jobs. The permit was obtained extremely fast as well.
    So, all in all I can recommend them.
