I had the pleasure of finding this company through a recommendation from a neighbor who had their roof done. Vinny and his crew were on time,punctual, quick, and left no mess behind. I highly recommend them for your roofing repairs.

I do not recommend this contractor as they do not honor their workmanship warranties even after just couple of months into it. It was a full new roof replacement job.

They did a great job, the workers knew how to do the work I wanted. I had a new front porch where I had only steps before and a back yard patio where I had none.
I would use them again.

Frank came Saturday to give me estimate on my job which was replacing the flashing around chimney and fixing one part of the roof Monday morning he had his crew to come and start working they did a very nice job very clean job remove all the debris’s from the roof Frank was checking on the job and communicating with me I would recommend this company I’m very happy and he did not charge me extra for other things that had to be done on the roof Thank you . You have good guys working with you

I contracted with and paid $800 in cash to Vinny at Direct Call Construction on June 6, 2018 as a deposit for work to be done on my house in NJ. My research showed the company had mostly good reviews and offered senior citizen discounts. My wife and I are both senior citizens. To date no work has been done by Direct Call Construction at my house and Vinny has ignored any attempts I have made to speak with him. Over the past two weeks I have called and or texted Vinny over 20 times and he has not responded. I requested my money back and he has not responded. My only recourse is to file a formal complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and sue in Small Claims Court to get back my $800. Is this a company you want to do any work on your house?
Initially, Vinny wrote on the contract that he could start the work within 5 weeks weather permitting. In early July I left a voicemail for Vinny asking to delay the project for several weeks due to my circumstances. Those circumstances were that I lost my job and now was looking to sell my house and move out of state.
Three weeks ago, I told Vinny that my house sale fell through due to the buyer backing out the week of closing. So I asked Vinny, and he agreed, to just do an $800 repair to my house. That was three weeks ago. Since then I have made over twenty-five phone calls, text messages and emails to Vinny and Frank. Several times he said he would call to schedule work to begin that week and still no one came over to begin. I left a voicemail for Vinny over 10 days ago followed up by a text message indicating I still need the work done but if he can’t do it or doesn’t want to do it then let me know and refund my $800. Vinny has never called me back with an answer.
While I have found Vinny to be friendly and responsive in the past I also find it to be very unprofessional for him not to return calls or text messages given these circumstances. He took advantage of my wife and I and seems not to care at all.
