Although the layout of our home is nice and spacious much of the redeeming qualities are over shadowed by very poor subcontractor work. The biggest issues have been from the dishonesty of the Thompsons. Nearly every resident in our townhome community has had issues that have gone unresolved. You get nothing but the run around and bait and switch. They have turned over the HOA in shambles and loads debt. I would think long and hard before dealing with these guys again.
