    Install hurricane shutters
    $16,000

    I ordered and paid for hurricane shutters on Aug 3,2022. I was told they were on a 15 week backlog. About two weeks later they measured and “placed the order.” Two or three weeks later they called to say that the color I wanted was not available so we substituted a different color. I called the office several times before I could get anyone to talk with me. On my most recent call, the “manager”, Jimmy said that after 30 weeks the roll up shutters were just outside his office but he would have to call me back about the status of the other 12 sets. Since then he won’t return my calls.
