    new home construction
    $800,000

This contractor is terrible. I entered a contract to build a new home. He is at least 250,000 over budget and walked off the job after almost 2 years. He put on a roof incorrectly, there is damage to the roof and siding. There is mold caused by his failure to properly construct the property. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!!!
