I called this company when I was in the worst of situations, I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company. The crew came at the worst hour of the night to deal with the worst work anyone could ever deal with. They were very professional and knowledgeable through the entire experience. I really appreciate you guys and will recommend you to everyone!

I worked with the Florida team after Hurricane Ian. I have repeatedly called, left messages, emails and texts asking for the moisture reports, dry out logs and documentation that the appliances were thrown out as well as photos of the tear out and bag. I need these for my flood insurance company. I have been asking for these for weeks as my flood insurance company will not issue me a payout without this documentation. Disaster MD demod my entire house, so this is a very big flood claim that I need to be put through. We have been waiting and waiting but never hear anything. This is ridiculous. I lost the entire contents of my home and my family still has no kitchen. We had to use all of our savings as well as a big chunk of our children's college savings accounts to cover the repairs to bring the house just up to livable. We still have no doors or framing on Numerous doors, no kitchen and very few appliances
