Kevin is the worst, doesn't call when he says he will, my plumbing was was out for over a week while he couldn't figure out where the main cleanout drain in my yard was, wanted people at the house to do all the work, finally said he would have to tear the concrete in my house up and quoted 12,000, called a different plumber out and they fixed the problem in 30 min. AHS should not have him as a plumber!

Keven went above and beyond. Highly recommended!!

Keven did a great job installing a new water heater in our home. He was very professional, extremely responsive. Keven was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. Definitely recommend him! He has been fabulous.

Keven came to my home after another company couldn't fix the problem. He was able to come out quickly, was dun to chat with and worked to resolve my issues with the hot water heater. It is not a permanent fix as we will need it replaced in about 2 years. But it is nice that be saved me the money and the hassle of replacing it now.

He will not answer or return calls, never calls when he says he will. Had to leave three voicemails and an email to get an initial response. He arrived after dark without telling us who he was or calling ahead to set an appointment time. Truly creepy. Came out to our house several times to look at the furnace and each time said he didn't know what the issue was and needed to order parts. Then when I'd call to follow up he'd practically forgotten. Still without heat after having an open ticket with him for two weeks.

I was assigned this contractor from my home warranty company after another company could not fix the issue with my furnace. Kevin has been EXTREMELY responsive and helpful and proactive trying to help me deal with the home warranty company and this exasperating issue. He even called the manufacturer for additional troubleshooting tips and offered to meet the gas company at the house to check the line.

I could not say enough good things about Keven. I’m not sure why he has been given such awful ratings. Perhaps people can’t appreciate honesty. I have had 4 different companies come to my home and this man knows what he’s talking about. He spent over 4 hours at my home and took his time explaining each part of the process to my husband and I in great detail. He took our compressors out of our furnaces and completely cleaned them by hand. No other company took the time to do so. That wasn’t our issue, turns out we need a part but, I can not thank him enough for his time.

Very unprofessional rude and disrespectful, No call no show yelling angry disrespectful. Never keeps appointment hired by home warranty company. Filled heating unit up with freon and never kept his appointment after that to finish the job. He said it's snowing and too cold out there that's your job. He said I should be available 24 hours A-day he comes when hes ready to fix the heat pump. I would not recommend him as a contractor. Don't do it

Totally unprofessional. Wanted to come to my home late night to fix an outdoor a/c unit. Called me a retard because I said no. Home warranty companies should check these companies before they contract them. He absolutely will do no work at my home.

Showed up at house 10:30pm on a weeknight (told 6-8pm), no tools to work on problem, no business card, and could not fix leaky shower pipe issue, said would come back next day, never showed. He is a contractor through American Home Shield.

Hot water heater went out on a Saturday evening. Keven came out that night to fix the problem!

Absolutely horrid. Never finished the work. Never came back or contacted us. Screamed and abused us on the phone when we tried to find them after never coming back to finish the job. Can not believe these people are still in business. Literally the worst experience we’ve ever had with any human being ever. Deplorable.

Installed some generic heat pump on my house and charged me a bundle. Have had nothing but issue after issue. Last company charged me over $800 to repair ol kevens half a$$ work.

This guy its only him that. Works and he Owns the business. He is a dick and will lie and do what ever he can to get your money.

My Home Warranty company dispatched this company to resolve a heating and air issue.. he spent several hours on it the first day and couldn't figure out the issue. Said my unit was wired wrong and wanted to know what people had done. It is serviced twice a year and I've heard nothing but how good of shape it's in. He never ordered parts and stated that he would call, but never would. Gave an excuse every time he was there about what the issue was and why he couldn't get parts. He even went as far as yelling at my wife because she simply wanted to know if we knew what the issue was.. since this was his second trip and he still didn't really know what the problem was... This "company" is a joke and if you have the ability to stay away from them.. do so at all costs..

BEWARE!!! Guy tells home warranty company he will call and never does. Then tells them he will show up on a specific day. Never shows.

Judging from the other reviews on here this company seems like a bag of dicks.

Unprofessional! Was hired by my Home Warranty Company and I was told that he was able to come out on a Sunday to fix my air conditioning and would be contacting me in the morning to give me a time. Neglected to contact me and when I contacted him, he was extremely rude and demanded double the fee negotiated by Home Warranty Company. I would give him 0 stars if I could.

They will come to your house over and over again, but give you a different story on why they can't fix it yet every time. It is ridiculous.

This idiot will lie to you and bill your insurance saying that the job is complete when he hasn't even finished any part of it. That is insurance fraud and is illegal.
