I telephoned Joe on a Saturday and the next day he came out to give me an estimate. The next day (Monday) his crew came over when they said they would and the tree was down within a couple of hours then Joe was back with the stump grinder........the entire job was done quickly and the guys cleaned up all the mess for me to leave our home looking great again. I would call Joe again for sure he and his guys have excellent customer service and do a great job at a reasonable rate. Thanks Joe
