Although he responded quickly to the initial inquiry, he was a NO-SHOW for our first TWO appointments. I reached out both times to find out what happened. I was told that a scheduling error due to someone's maternity leave was responsible for the first missed appointment. AFTER the second missed appointment, I was told that the water heater we agreed upon was not in stock. Both times, I initiated contact to find out why no one had shown up.
At the end of a months long renovation and just wanting to get it done, we went them. (Their price was lower than any of the other estimates we got.) However, the receipt we received was a generic one that lists "1 Express Item - Base Price" for the agreed upon price and "$0" in sales tax paid which obviously doesn't support a tax deduction which we would otherwise be eligible for. I called, texted, and emailed him multiple times. There were promises that he would issue a proper receipt. Months later I have given up. I just hope this water heater outlasts it's warranty because his poor follow through doesn't give me much confidence that he would show up to service it.
