  Dmytro Sergiyenko, the owner of so called "Diser Home Improvements " is the biggest crook you will ever know... all he wants is, your money... extremely poor and not safe quality of work. He took our money and left without finishing the job. We had to spend a whole lot of money and time to finish the project with different contractor. We had to redo all of his mistakes which cost us lots of money too. Do not let this company this guy get close to you. He will give you a low bid so he can get the job and will ask for money every day. He often says things like "I am running little short with money, so if you don't give me the next payment, I can't start the next step". He is not running a honest business.His goal is to take people's money and run. Hope no has go through what we had to with this guy. Hoping some day he will pay a big price for all the bad things that he is doing to people.

  Bathroom, Kitchen, small apartment remodel

  Beware! Crook!! The worst ever. Diser Home Improvements LLC (Owner and contractor Dmytro Sergiyenko Ukrainian guy. Has purchased material for other jobs with my money. He Would come to my office at my job every week demanding more money or else he will stop working on the job. All my electrical work was done wrong. I had to cut all the new the Sheetrock and have the electrical redone. Address on the Contract was false. Work that was on the contract was never completed or done ex:(gas lines to HVAC from basement not done, Main feed for electric Box from basement not done, main electrical box never installed, all light fixtures not done, all outlets not done, bathroom fixture never completed, my carpet damaged with paint, he took my old iron radiator and sold them without my authority, he sold my antique stove/oven sold them without my authorization, never took a permits out for the HVAC and gas lines (I almost got fined $8,000 by the Construction Dept), used my dumpster to dump garbage from other jobs. He damaged my new kitchen cabinets. Painting was not of good quality. I have to repay for the painting to be redone. He paid Electricians and Plumbers for a small fee to seal the permits for him. And he does the work incorrectly that will cause life threatening problems. I can go on and on, the list is too long. I personally got in touch with 3 other people that he did this to while working on my apartment. Not only I'm out of thousands of dollars for hiring other contractors to finish the work, I have also lost many months of rental income.

  Does not stay within set maximum budget lines and performs poor workmanship without any resolution to erect construction defects. Continues to demand payment but does not finish any jobs or repair jobs resulting in possible safety issues and services not rendered. Experts have reported his workmanship as poor and his work may cause future safety issues. Time and project management is poor and is unable to follow Township guidelines for the home inspection process.

  We just found out the new HVAC system and Goodman A/C unit that we paid $10,000 for was an unit from 2007. The unit stopped working for us this past month and by law we have a 1 year warranty on this unit including labor and materials. However, since Diser had his friend Yuri install a 2007 unit, it is no longer under warranty. The entire renovation was a hack job and we are still working on repairing things, including the kitchen exhaust system they had installed and had not been working since the getgo. The system was recently assessed by another expert who said Diser did not install the exhaust system properly and ran the exhaust pipe too long causing the motor of the kitchen hood to be stressed (new appliance). We now have to get a new exhaust system in place so we can use the kitchen exhaust hood.
