I recently had my family room floor done by the DiStefano Brothers at first I wasn't sure if this is the way to go and I was a little leery, but when I met the sales representative Sydney, she was very pleasant, professional, and very concerned with my questions if she could not answer them, she did get the answer and let me know right away. upon having the floor done I met Tim the production and quality manager at this time. We went over all my concerns all my wants and he assured me that we Stand behind our product 100% and if there is a problem just call he was a gentleman and very respectful. He was very concerned with my needs. Upon starting of the job, I met the workers supervisor a gentleman by the name of Julius Julius is truly a gentleman and a man of his word. He assured me if I was not satisfied that he would be back and he would correct any problems upon completion of the floor. It was done to my liking, any of my concerns were corrected and I would recommend this company to anybody that would like a floor of that type .Bill Furlong
